Changed my password and connection problem went away.
It was working fine (original password was correct), then it stopped working randomly. I tried everything (including port forwarding) and even though it said "Connected to Server" in iCam Source, I couldn't view the cam from my iPhone.
I changed the PW on the source (and then the phone) and then everything worked.
