Are you choosing your MacBook's webcam in the Video drop-down list under the USB / FireWire / Built-In tab? Do you see your webcam's preview video in the iCamSource Preferences window when you click the Start button?

What status message appears next to the Auto-Config Router checkbox when you run iCamSource with that option enabled.

Our new iCam Help Troubleshooting section also contains some additional information about what to try when you are unable to connect from your local WiFi network: http://skjm.com/icam/help/troubleshooting.php#icam2

Thanks for the quick reply and sorry to get back so much later.  For some reason it works today!  Not sure why as I did nothing different since this post... other than turn it off and deal with my busy life (hence the late response)

To answer your questions:
1. I choose the USB/Firewire/Built-in option
2. Yes, I see the preview (Now and back when I was having problems)
3. Message is: NAT-PMP Success 12000 -> 12000

Other questions I have:
1. Can I make it one block (on iphone) instead of a 4 block (block == screenshots)
2. ...if not, can I insert another computer (my iMac) into the other block
3. If I connect another camera to the macbook, will that add another camera? (like an old, external isight -btw do they work as well?)

Thanks

Here's my setup info:
Iphone 4, Macbook (Camera), software installed on these two.

Imac, Apple Airport Extreme
OS 10.6.6
IOS 4.3.1
Little snitch (allowed your app, but disabled lil snitch for testing)
Disabled firewall
Enabled your Auto-Config Router option
I've logged out and logged back in
Password and login name are the same
Started and restated both apps multiple times

I DO see at "num connected" a reading of "0" at first, and when I'm trying to connect, I see a reading of "1" but still get  this message on my iphone:

Still get this error: "Source Connection Error - one or more of the iCamSources returned by the iCam Broker Server Could not be connected to."

The macbook is operating over wifi network and I can't connect if trying that route either with the Jpeg option enabled.

I would like to view over 3G (away from home)
please advise
