ipCam Support / iPad Use

I found this site by accident and need to know more about iPad usage for this iCam product. I am the owner of an iPad User Group and would like to recommend this to my members but need more information. I wish there was a telephone number to call. Where is this company located? I am in southern California in the U.S. Do you have any advice for iPad Users? I will consider posting it on my User site and I'm sure this product will be well received if the information is non-technical and easy to understand. I would appreciate a response from the company.
