iCam Support / Cannot connect away from home

Hello,
I just downloaded the Icam program, I am able to see the video while at home through wi-fi but as soon as I leave my house I get the "no sources found" error message. Is there something I need do in order to get this working from home? That was the main reason I wanted it but it's not doing me any good right now.
