iCam Support / Server Connection Error

Have a macbook pro running OSX 10.5.8
Have ICam on my IPhone 3 and ICam on my mac. When I first downloaded the apps they worked fine. Then stopped working - receive notification on my phone, but when I try and open it only a "source connection error" is found.
I tried doing "auto for the UPnP - it says "success 12000 --> 12000"
also checked my firewall to make sure that ICam was listed. It doesn't work on home Wi-Fi or other.
