iCam Support / Im well and truly stumped

Help!!!
Ive a laptop running windows 7
2 Webcams a Microsoft lifecam cinema and a Lifecam HD3000
i can run one or the other. But not both.
I cant seem to be able to run 2 icamsource at the same time. Am i missing something???
I can see both using Jumicam but I want to Use Icam for the recording side of things.
I had previously gone through all the shenanegins of making my ip static and beating my Virgin media router to a virtual whimpering mess frome reading previous posts and can get 1 Camera working.
Why oh why cant i see both.
