IP Cam Config Support / Itouch 4 as ipcam

installed icam and ipcam on my itouch4 and icam source.however, the there is no display in my icam source even if either the icam or the ipcam is on in my itouch. isn't itouch 4 supported as an ip cam? hope somebody could help.. (BTW, my itouch and laptop/icam source is in the same ip add)
