I was able to get it to connect to the computer that has the auto config router box checked but only after trying 20+ times.  I disconnected and tried again and it took another 20+ tries.

Cant get it to connect to the other cam that doesn't have the auto config router box checked.  If I check it, then it doesn't connect to either.  I get a Broker connection error. "our network may be preventing you from making a UDP connection to the icam broker server. Please contact support for more details".

Linksys e4200 with the motorola (comcast) cable modem.

I uninstalled Norton from the computer that it was causing issues on.  Disabled it on this computer even tho it wasn't causing issues.  Still can't connect via 3G.

Just to keep updating till tech support helps out, I got the other computer to work again but only on WIFI.  It was Norton.  Something must have changed overnight.

So where I stand now is I can only view on WIFI and only 1 cam or the other.  Both have auto router config checked and are returning success

I woke up today and 1 of the 2 cams in my house won't work no matter what I set anything to.  They both worked on WIFI last nite.  When I try auto router config on the other computer, it says UPNP may not be enabled yet on this computer it says what I said in previous post.

I just installed icam on my droid.  Everything worked great at home on the WiFi.  When I left and tried to connect using both 3G and 4G (Sprint), I got the "Source Connection Error" "One or more of the icamsources returned by the icam broker server could not be connected to."

I then checked the "auto-config router" box and it says "upnp success 12000 -> 12000  (click for info)

I can still connect on wifi but get the same error on 3G or 4G.

I checked my router and UPNP is enabled.

Any ideas?
