No problem. I have exchanged the 1150 tuner card for a new Hauppauge 1600 and everything is working fine again.

iCam Support / Hauppauge 1150 no video« on: January 05, 2012, 05:10:05 PM »
I had an older hauppauge that worked fine but was starting to go bad. Lines started forming on the screen so I bought a newer 1150, but now I can't get any video to show up in the icam preference screen, nor on the icam software.
Any ideas? Windows xp. 6

Got the router port forwarding set up and now can connect with my firewall off. Thanks.
Need to figure out the zonealarm firewall next, because I can't connect when it's running. Edit....Have the firewall setup and all is working again. Thanks for the help.!!! 8

As a side note. I had purchased another cam program from the app store a long time ago before I found iCam. As a trial and error, I installed that program and can report I have no issues connecting. I am able to connect with 3g or wifi seamlessly. However I much more prefer the UI in iCam, so I would like to find a fix. I have been using iCam for a long time with zero issues.
Why, if this is a possible IP problem would it not affect the other apps? 10

Yeah, I always run auto config. I haven't changed anything. The message says upnp success 12001 -> 12001.

This has been happening to me as well on 3g.
I'm normally connected to wifi somewhere but recently tried to connect over 3g and received the cannot connect to sources. I have cameras at two separate locations. 198 ip in Lancaster PA.
