iCam Support / Samsung SNC-C7478 error 401

I try to add one samsung SNC-C7478 at the icam source, and all the time give me the error 401-webcamauthorization failure please make sure thet the camera login and password are correct and try again.
The user and password is correct .
i use to the url http://217.125.135.117:10049/video?submenu=mjpg and the error 401
i try also http://user:passw@217.125.135.117:10049/video?submenu=mjpg, and no the error but never connect
i try with xp and W7
with other cameras (vivotek) works fine
with the same url at the iSpyServer works
any suggestion
