iCam Support / No Sources Found on iCamWeb

When running icam from my iPhone, video and sound comes in just fine. When I try to use iCamWeb on a computer or laptop, it gives me the message
"There are currently no running iCamSources
associated with your existing login and password."
At the same time, I can be streaming the video via iPhone.
I know I am using the right login and password, along with correct CAPS. what else could be the issue?
