I have everything updated and i use both versions of the iCamSource.

I also have the exact same problem. I'm using a Mac Pro with a USB webcam and a Sony DCR-TRV510 camcorder hooked up with firewire and a IPhone 3G. The light stays on both cams. I need to restart ICam so it will work again.
