iCam Support / unauthorized access exception

Hi, i finally got iCam to work on my laptop and i set it up for my time away from my home, believing that my neighbor has been coming into my apartment. 3 hours later when i got home, i found that message on my computer and the icam did not record anything in the 3 hours that i was away though it had recorded earlier. does anyone know what
"unauthorized access exception" means and if i can discover the source of it and why the icam displayed this message? It won't allow me to right click for more options. I can only click "ok" or close the message.
Any ideas anyone? thanks
