iCam Support / No Sources Found Error

I just purchased iCam and am having trouble getting it to connect. I am getting the No Sources Found error. I emailed support a few hours ago but didn't get a response yet so figured I would try to get support here. I have double checked my username/password and that is not the issue. Anyone have any suggestions??
