iCam Support / iCamSource runs only once - Windows 7 64 bit

I'm having the same problem running Windows 7 64 bit. I can run iCamSource one time, but then when I try to run it again, nothing happens. The program won't open, but there is no error message. I have to reboot my computer to get it to run again. I'm using a single camera which is integrated into my Dell laptop.

- Ran registry cleaner downloaded here
- Disabled audio
- Uninstalled then reinstalled iCamSource
- Last Windows update was 02/02/11 but same behavior occurred before and after
