iCam Support / No sources found

Why am I getting this message on my iPhone? I can see the video from my webcam on my Mac, I'm using the same username and password on iCam on my Mac and on my iPhone, but the iPhone doesn't find any sources.

What's the phone # to call for support? I've been emailing back and forth for two days now, still can't use the application, and support staff have stopped responding.

iCam Support / Nothing happening at all

I downloaded iCamSource to my Mac, but when I double click the software icon absolutely nothing happens...the app doesn't even open. I'm not sure what's wrong.
