iCam Support / How to stop camera from using so much bandwidth

My internet is slow as it is unfortunately, they do not provide faster in the area.
I need to use the cam but when I do it takes up the entire bandwidth.
What are the best settings so it uses the least? Don't care about quality of image, mostly sound only.
