iCam Support / ICam 3G issues Iphone 4

I recently had a problem connecting over a 3g network on the Iphone 4 receiving the error "one or more of the icam sources returned by the icam broker could not be connected to".
I emailed SKJM supoprt and quickly received a reply from Lorena. The problem is now resolved and I wish to take this opportunity to thank Lorena for all the help. If only all companies could follow the lead shown by SKJM. Fantastic customer support ! Well done.
For anyone interested, the problem was due to a recent change of wireless router ( BELKIN N router). I had manually forwarded the UDP ports in the virtual servers firewall page as per my previous router however this now caused a conflict and would not allow icam through. To resolve, I reset the router removing all trace of the manual port forwarding and then ticked the auto- config router and port range options.
