HEY, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP! I tried one last thing yesterday and it WORKED! i updated the firmware on my Apple router. i hadn't done that in about 2 years. the portchecker site still says its blocked but it works anyway. so i am not going to sweat that little fact. i am so happy with the program now. i hope this post will help someone else with the same problem....you rock!

updated my software on airport base station wireless router. i did what you said above and it now says, NAT-PMP Success 12000->12000.  but when i do your port checker it still comes back with this  UDP Port 12001 is BLOCKED

3
already did that today. anything else?

4
try this if you cant see the grabs

5
here are two screen grabs. one connected wireless an done connected directly to router.

6
says it's open when plugging directly from the router to my computer.

7
okay it says it is blocked.

8
the router was supplied by my local cable company ( Comcast ). that is plugged into my wireless base station from Apple which throws out the wireless signal. i guess thry plugging it in directly and see if it works? oris there another test we can run without going through all that?

Hey Guys,

First of all....great app!
works fine at home over wifi on ipod itouch 4th generation.
i am running your software on a brand new isight mac and using the isight camera with it.
when i log in remotely over WIFI i get the broker error message. it's weird i do get motion detected messages. but no picture no sound and the broker message though.
i get this message on my home computer. error: UPnP 0 : NAT-PMP 3,-7,61
any thoughts?

i tried this per your suggestion as well. i couldn't figure out
http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Arris/TM502b/default.htm

i also tried to set the static IP address. http://portforward.com/networking/static-Mac10.4.htm
maybe if you have a mac solution to this. the port forward site direction images look different on my computer. i guess because i am running 10.6 and their's is 10.4

thanks in advance,

matt
