Title: When will iCam with sound be coming out?

I heard about 2 weeks ago that the update (1.1) was submitted to the app store and was wondering if there was some kind of update on its status of coming out. I am going on vacation in a few days and would love to use the sound feature.

Hi,

Believe me, we're just as eager for the 1.1 update to be approved as you are.  :)

From our experience, the approval times for updates vary quite a bit.  We've had updates that were approved in a few days and other updates that took 3 weeks to get approved.

For this particular update, we've been going back and forth with Apple a little bit, so hopefully it'll be available soon.

UPDATE - We just received word from Apple that iCam 1.1 has been approved for App Store distribution, so it should be available within the next 24 hours or so.  ;D
