Hi, I unplugged the Logitech USB webcam, plugged it back in and now iCam or iCam Pro won't recognize the camera, just the built-in camera on the iMac. What do I need to do to fix this?

Have you tried rebooting your computer? If you plugged the webcam into a different USB port, does plugging it back into the original port fix the issue?
Are you plugging the camera directly into the computer and not into a USB hub or extension cable?
Does the webcam work with other applications on your Mac?

I have rebooted the computer. I did try and plug it in another plug. I am plugging it directly in the computer.
