Title: Low quality

Hi!
I use a logitec c920 and that has a very high quality image and video.
I think that the video res. that comes out through icam pro is very lo-res. compare to the webcam.
Is there any ways to make the ressolution better in icam pro?
I've checked the high resolution is turned on in icam pro.

We resize the image before sending to the phone to reduce the bandwidth and so the image is a better fit for the device it's being displayed on. You describe it as "very low-res". Please send a screenshot of the image as it appears on your phone to support@skjm.com and reference this post. If it's super pixelated, that may indicate there's an issue with iCamSource capturing the wrong resolution.

I understand that, but I wished that the images that are beeing captured to my computer would be in a better resolution and size.

iCamSource records the full resolution captured from the camera. Please send a screenshot to support@skjm.com and reference this post and username in your email.
