Title: "Motion" Button on Zoom Screen
Post by: scrnchr on June 03, 2015, 05:15:45 PM

--------------------------------------------------------------------

iCamSource 2.7.2 (it looks like that's the latest version for WinXP)
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3
Intel Core2 Duo E4600 @ 2.40GHz, 2GB RAM

iCam version 1.6.3
Android 4.4.3
HTC One M7, 12GB of 32GB used
Carrier is T-Mobile, phone is not rooted or unlocked

--------------------------------------------------------------------

After touching one of the iCam camera quadrants, iCam zooms to that camera.  Touching that Zoom screen brings up this:

I'm asking about the "Motion" button in the middle of the bottom (with my red oval added)... I have tried it both ways, with the button "off" or cleared, and with the button "on" which places the audio icon on the button (as in the image above).  I suspected turning audio on would record an audio file of the motion event--but I don't get any difference.  Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Normally, notifications only play a sound if iCam isn't running on the phone.  If that button shows a speaker icon, then a motion detection will play a sound while iCam is running.
