Title: FI8918W tilts up

Every couple days I will find one of my FI8918 cams has tilted up by itself.  Both of them do it but I haven't looked through my many motion events to see how often or when they do this. Any ideas on the cause?  Has anyone else experienced this?  It's quite frustrating.

Log in to the cam and check the settings of your cam. Maybe you have "Go center on boot" enabled (should be in the Fields PTZ, I guess), so the cam would tilt up now and then ...

My FI8918W every now and then goes back to center on its own. I am assuming that it randomly resets itself for some reason.

I think I may have fixed it by changing the boot preset but I am not sure yet. I'll have to see if it happens again over the next few days. On a side note, do you have any plans to support creating presets for PTZ cams?

A preset option for PTZ cams has been requested in the past and is currently on our list of potential features to implement in the future.

Sorry for the wait.  I went to "PTZ Settings" under "Device Management," unchecked "disable preset" and checked "goto preset on boot."  Then I clicked submit (it will reboot) and set my preset in the "Live Video" tab.  Both my cameras have stayed in place since doing this.  However they seem to need to reboot themselves every 48 hours and go through their full range of motion only now they return to the correct position.
