Title: Still cannot connect using 3G on iPad
Post by: Rfresh on June 05, 2010, 12:41:26 AM
I've read the trouble shooting guide for this problem and I've

1. Done the port forwarding.
2. Verified the port is open.
3. Installed the windows XP registry string.
4. Assigned my windows XP machine a static IP address.

My iPad connects fine on wifi but not 3G.

I have my iPad IP address - do I email you folks that info so you can see if it's in your database?

If you could go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ from the computer running the iCamSource and e-mail support@skjm.com what it says your external IP address is then we can attempt to look it up in the Broker Server logs and hopefully troubleshoot the problem.

Please reference this forum post in your e-mail.

Thanks. :)

My Belkin F5D8236-4 wireless router does not have a username and password capability. It only has the ability to set a network password which I have done. I don't need to worry about having a username and password right?

I am not really sure what you are asking ... Does your Belkin not require a login or password to login and administer it? Or are you talking about your router's WiFi network?
