Title: Freeze!!!

 I'm having a problem with the video picture froze on my iphone 3G. I have 3 video sources coming in.  Two of them are working properly. One is NOT my computer (G5) , the video is displaying great shows movement but when I see it through my iphone it's a froze picture of my hand setting it up for connection. I have tried to restarting my iphone restarting the computer still a froze picture.
 ???

Using a brand new Microsoft webcam HD $79.00. Like I said it's working great through the monitor. Just with my iphone and wife iphone the picture is froze. Other (2) pictures on iphone video working great.
