I downloaded iCam Source on my computer at work. I'm not on my home wifi so how can I find out what my cameras URL is?

Have you reviewed the "Getting Started" section of our iCam Help pages? - http://skjm.com/icam/help/
If you are wanting to connect to an IP camera, you can find your camera's URL here: http://skjm.com/icam/mjpeg.php
You could also try a Google search for your camera's model and "MJPEG" to see if there are any pages listing its supported MJPEG URLs.

Not sure why this handy link is not shared more often.

I find it way more useful than the standard link.
I buy my cameras from over seas. Who knows what brand they really are. But as long as you know the ip address and the password and port you can find the source feed you need to drop in and have them work!
Hope this helps
