Title: No video on Dell with XP

I have a Dell Vostro 1510 running XP - 2GB.  The Dell has an internal camera which works with all my other software.  I loaded ICamSource (twice) and although the cam light goes on there is no video.  Also all of my other camera software stops working until I remove the ICamSource program.

I also have loaded ICamSource my PowerMac, ISight with Leopard 10.5.8 and on my Dellmini, internal cam running Snow Leopard 10.6.1.  Both of these work fine.

All of this is being viewed on my Iphone GS.

Any ideas whats going on?  Has this happened to anyone else.  I have searched the forum and found nothing like this.

Are your webcam drivers up to date? Are there any other applications that are trying to use the webcam at the same time as the iCamSource?
