Title: icam pro source - mic issues

 Digging the new update....if it worked. Everything works fine until I hit the mic button on the iPhone and it crashes the source program immediately.

 iPhone 6 and computer is windows 7.1, have restarted, no bueno.

 Any ideas?

Are you running the latest version of iCamSource Pro (1.2)? If not, you can get it on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icampro/support.php

iPhone app and windows app are both updated to the latest versions. Also, I'm on Windows 8.1. Going to try a fresh install of both apps tomorrow evening to see if it fixes anything

If iCamSource Pro is crashing, there should be crash logs.

The crash log can be found by opening Windows Explorer and typing “%localappdata%” in the top bar (without the quotes).  That will open the AppData folder on your computer. There should be a folder in the AppData folder called “iCamSourcePro” with a text file called “iCamSourceCrashLog.txt”.

If you find crash logs, please send the most recent one to support@skjm.com and reference this post (http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?action=post;topic=6416.0;last_msg=19462).

just getting back to the forums, will reinstall 1.2 and save some logs for you, I had uninstalled and went back to 1.0.3 or whatever the early release was.

Im getting the same problem and there is no iCam log file located anywhere.
iOS9 devices, Windows 7 x64.
All devices are running the latest versions of server and client software.

Please make sure that you are running iCamSource Pro (not the original iCamSource) available on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icampro/support.php

If you are running iCamSource Pro, is there a folder name "iCamSource Pro" when you enter %localappdata% in the Exploror location bar?

Like "geezfools," post; when I press the microphone on any of my iOS devices (iOS 9.0), iCamSource Pro V1.2 immediately "stops working."

With V1.1, I could press the microphone on my iOS devices; but of course nothing happened.  Including iCamSource did NOT crash.

Reinstalled iCamSource Pro v1.2, same results.   Running Windows 8.1.

We were able to replicate this problem on our test computers.  Here's a link to a test version of iCamSource Pro with a fix:

http://skjm.com/icampro/iCamSourcePro1.2a.exe

This file is the iCamSource Pro executable, not an installer.  You can download that file to any folder and double click it to launch the test version.  Make sure that iCamSource Pro isn't already running before launching the test version.

If this fix resolves the problem for you, please let us know so that it can be included in the next update.
