Title: clicking audio on Samsung 4s

A few days ago i noticed the audio started making a constant ticking sound like a helicopter

any thoughts

i logged in with an older samsung ace and it is fine but still clicking with the S4

It’s possible that the iCam app settings on the Android phone have gotten into a bad state.   On your Android phone, go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications and then choose iCam and the "Clear Data".  Then try connecting again.

ok so i cleared data and it didn't help

then i uninstalled and re-installed icam on my S4 ... that didn't work

then i cleared data and uninstalled icam then rebooted the phone then re-installed icam and that did not work.

Still loud clicking in audio on S4 and still no clicking on older samsung

There may be an issue with the Android 4.3 update. We were able to replicate it, so we will release an update once we track down the source of the issue and come up with the appropriate fix.
