Title: I've accidentally deleted a folder I wanted to keep. Get it back?

I accidentally deleted a folder I wanted to keep on my iPhone. I don't see the folder in my trash can on my home iMac. Is there a way to get it back?

Unfortunately, files deleted by the program are deleted permanently, they're not moved to the Recycle Bin
