So I am using the built in camera in a macbook air and can monitor the video and audio on my android no problem. Another person using the same feed on their iPhone cannot get audio. Any suggestions?
-
When they are zoomed in and turn the iPhone's volume all the way up using the buttons on the side of the iPhone, does it say "Ringer" under the volume adjustment icon that appears on the iPhone's screen?
-
No, it does not say Ringer when you turn the volume up. It is an iPhone 4 running 6.1.3

Are you able to hear audio from your camera in any other audio capture software?
-
What do you mean by audio capture software? The camera works fine in chat applications (gchat video, skype, etc.)
-
Since you are able to hear audio via the Android phone iCamSource is sending Audio. Please check to see if Audio is turned on in the settings on the iPhone iCam client.
-
Audio is turned on in the settings on the iPhone. There is a checkbox for Android next to the the audio input that does not seem to make a difference. Encryption is off and Auto Config is on.

Is the mute switch on the side of the iPhone turned on?
-
That was it! Thanks.
