Title: Using IP Cam Viewer Pro outside of Home Network

Sorry if this question is already bouncing around.

I just set up my new D-Link DCS-942L camera and I am using IP Cam Viewer Pro (v. 4.8.7) to view my feed on a Samsung Galaxy S-Glide (SGH-I927R). I am running Android 2.3.5. The app works great while I am on the same network as the camera. However, once I leave my house and switch to 4G or connect to a different wifi network all I get is "Camera/Feed Not Available". This app is of no use to me if I can't see my feed outside of my home. Is there something I need to reconfigure?
