Title: Can access on wifi, not LTE...brighthouse networks florida

Hello.  I followed the steps in the trouble shooting section and have UPnP enabled on my motorola surfboard modem and auto config is a success.  I can access it on any wifi network, but not over LTE or 4G on my iPhone 5.  Every so often on LTE, 1-3 of my 8 cameras may show up, but it is typically 1 out of 25 tries.  The modem is 60mb down and 5+ up.  I also could never get this to work on my older 4s iPhone with 3g either...
