I'm new to the app "iSpy Cameras". When I start the app and choose a camera how do I get back to the menu again? do I have to close the app and then start it again to come to the menu? please explain!  ???

When you're done viewing a camera, you can go back to the thumbnail view by double tapping on the screen.
