Title: No video shows up in iCamSource preferences

I have downloaded iCamsource to two computers (iMac and MacBookPro) But no video shows up in iCamSource preferences. It is just white and i can´t really do anything about it. I have no programs running that could be taking up my videofeed. And since I tried it on two computers i wonder what I am doing wrong? Any ideas? ???

What are you selecting from the Video drop-down in the iCamSource? When you click the Start button, do you get an error?

Hi and thanks for the quick reply.

I am selecting Built-in isight. And the Start button is greyed out. I cant click on it. It is like it cant find my internal camera. And the weird thing is that i tried it on two different computers?

If the Start button is greyed out, have you entered an iCam Login and Password?

If you could e-mail a screenshot of what the iCamSource looks like to support@skjm.com then we can hopefully troubleshoot things further.

Please reference this forum post and your forum user name in the e-mail.

I am sorry for my late reply! And for not checking things properly. Now it works. I justed missed to set the username and password.
