I receive the following notification about 27 of the 30 times I've tried to use iCam.
Source Connection Error: One or more of the iCamSources returned by the iCam Broker Server could not be connected to.
I have installed iCam Source on 2 Macs, a Mac Air laptop and an iMac. Both computers have working windows showing the rooms they are in. I've restarted each computer as well as the iPhone then launched iCam Source first and iCam on the iPhone second. All are using the same username and password. All are on the same wireless network. All are up to date with operating systems.
Please advise.

We'll be able to get more information about your situation if we have your computer's external IP address. Please go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ from your computer running the iCamSource and get your computer's external IP address. Please email the IP address to support@skjm.com, then we can attempt to look it up in the Broker Server logs and further troubleshoot the problem.
