Is there a pc version of ispy?

If not are there any similar progs that will work on the pc?

There isn't a PC version of iSpy Cameras, but all of the cameras have been found from different places around the web, and can be accessed from any computer using a web browser.

http://camelive.info/ is one site with lots of cameras, for example.
