Title: Random audio drops

Audio drops out for several seconds.  Typical behavior is 5-10 seconds of audio separated by 5-10 seconds of silence.

iBook G4 / 1.2 GHz / 1.25 GB / 10.5.7
FireWire iSight
iCam Source 1.3 / iCam 1.2
AirPort Express connected to a Time Capsule via ethernet
iPhone 3G / OS 3.0

Thoughts?

Do these audio problems occur when your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi, 3G or EDGE?

Do the drop outs occur every time you use iCam, or is it intermittent?  Is it possible that the dropouts happen while the Time Capsule backups are ocurring?  You could try disabling the back ups (temporarily) to see if that has any effect.
