Title: 3g error please help

hi there i have downloaded this app and it works perfect when the iphone and laptop with camera is connected to the wifi but when i try my iphone on 3g it does not work and i get this error message
 
one or more of the icamsources returned by the icam broker server could not be connected to
 
just wanted to no how to work this its driving me mad
