Title: Audio from iPhone to Mac?

having already set up the app and source, I think I already know the answer to this question.. Is there any way to hear the audio from the iPhone user on the computer? I realize video is out cos the camera is on the 'wrong' side if the iPhone, but I was hoping that my wife and baby could at least hear me while I watch them...?

Or is it one-way only, as I suspect?

You are correct, it is one-way only. Apple does not allow two-way audio communication over the cellular networks.
