Title: Keep alive on mac

Hi,

Can you let me know how I can switch on keepalive on my mac as my external ip address keeps on changing.

If you could go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ (http://whatismyipaddress.com/) from the computer running the iCamSource and send your external IP address to support@skjm.com so we can attempt to look it up in the Broker Server logs. Please reference this forum post and your user name in your email.

Lorena sent it to me before, but I seem to have lost the email. I can only find the PC method in the forum how to do this, not the Mac, so it would be good if you put the method on here for future reference
