Hello, My question is that when i go to other country and use a different phone #, how can i put that international # so I can receive push notification from usa? Thank you so much. jp

The push notification system doesn't use the phone number the way text messages do. They should work fine on the other country's network.

so are you saying that if i bring my iphone4 to abroad, i know i will not be able to use the phone for phone calls, i am only able to surf the internet. are you saying that i can still received push notifications from icam? Thanks for clearing up for me. jp

You just need an Internet connection to receive Push Notifications, not a phone number. That is how iPod touches and iPads are also able to receive them.
