Hi,
I have had my icam working before, but I do not know what happen now it works once in a while. Yesterday I went through the trouble shooting guide for "Broker connection error", it said to go to whatismyip.com and i did and I sent an email from my iphone like it said and it started working. Today i turn my laptop on and nothing. Please help

I did that same thing again, whatismyipaddress.acom and sent the email to supprt@skjm.com and now it works again. what is it that this email do and what can I do so I don't have to be doing this? Thanks for your help

Sending us your external IP address simply allows us to look up your account in our Server Logs so that we can determine what the issue is and further troubleshoot it with you. We haven't made any changes to your account from our side.
