Title: Help with FireWire

I am trying to connect my HD camera through FireWire but it won't give me the option. I opened up PhotoBooth just to make sure it was working and it was fine, and I made sure all other applications were closed and I also restarted, but it only gives me option for built in iSight.

What version of Mac OS X are you running?

Also, what is the Brand/Model of the camera?

Mac OS X 10.4.11

Sony HDR FX 7

Unfortunately, iCam only supports DV cameras with Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or later, as noted on the iCam page: http://skjm.com/icam/support.php
