iphone app will not work... gives me the above subject message and clicking yes takes me to the app store saying i have the latest version installed... now what? i tried uninstalling the latest windows version and installing the previous version, but no luck.

If you are seeing the update message I would suggest deleting iCam from your iPhone and re-downloading it from the Apple App Store. If you use the same iTunes account you will not be charged a second time.
