iCam Pro Support / No Restore button on Android iCam Pro App after purchase. "No sources found" err

Getting the "no sources found error" on iCam Pro App for Android. Purchased the lifetime subscription and there is no "Restore" button anywhere on the store page (shopping cart icon) for after purchase. Is this an Android app error? I have had regular iCam working for years and now that I am bumping it up to pro I can't get my phone to connect. All cameras visible in preview. When I click on "Auto config router" in iCamsource Pro, it tells me that "UPnP may not be enabled" and still does not work(UPnP is enabled on my router). I have not had this checked on old iCamsource I was using and it worked fine. I also tied to port forward with no luck. Please help.
