iCam Support / Does the video auto delete on an iPhone when it's full
« on: August 25, 2015, 01:09:25 PM »
I am using an older iPhone 4s as the icam source.  Works great, but I cannot find  any info on what happens when the phone's space/memory is full.  Does the older video auto delete or does it stop recording?  Thanks

iCam Pro Support / ICam Course Pro not showing up on ICam (viewer)
« on: December 07, 2014, 07:47:29 AM »
I have 3 devices using ICam Source (regular) and 1 I accidentally downloaded Pro (have paid over $30 so far by the way)  All of the devices are using the same login/password including the Pro.

The regular source devices are showing a port config of 12000, the Pro is showing 13000 if that matters.

The Pro will not show up with the other 3 on ICam (viewer) I triple check the password/login. I deleted and reinstalled Pro etc.  I don't want to have to pay yet more money to buy another copy of regular Source. (these devises are not all using the same apple ID-all are iPads or iPhones) but they are all on the same wifi network.

Please assist.

iCam Support / Re: Troubleshooting 101 - iCam & iCamSource Error Messages
« on: December 05, 2014, 09:55:58 AM »
I can connect fine on the same network (iPhone 4S running source, and icam on iPad or iPhone 5, or the webcam). If I am not on the same network, no go. I get the connection errors, EVEN with the webcam (it shows a source but no video).  Is this still a setting issue?  Can I get an easier router to deal with? I am using  a Netgear router but would be willing to buy a different one if it would be easier.  I want to be able to see my older pet while away from home.
Thanks

Never mind, I got it working.
