Use a user name and a password of your own choice on the icam source and run it  then on your iphone ipod in icam viewer use the same user name and password..

This camera is branded Iguard 390e but after checking the firmware version vendor id and product id its actualy an Icamview camera the url you need to use is:

http://cam ip address/pda.cgi?page=image&cam=1&user=<your user name>&password=<your password>

or from start it from a a batch file like:

start iCamSource.exe -url=http://192.168.1.61/pda.cgi?page=image&cam=1&user=urusername&password=urpassword

if you are going to start this camera from a batch file you need to add a few ^ or it wont work for example:

start iCamSource.exe -url=http://192.168.1.100/pda.cgi?page=image^&cam=1^&user=urusername^&password=urpassword

example of my batch file running an Iguard(icamview) , foscam and a Logitech usb webcam.

rem @echo off
cd C:\Program Files\iCamSource
start iCamSource.exe -url=http://192.168.1.61/pda.cgi?page=image^&cam=1^&user=test1^&password=test1 -desc="Outside View"
start iCamSource.exe -url=http://192.168.1.62/snapshot.cgi -cu=test2 -cp=test2 -desc="Living Room"
start iCamSource.exe -v=0 -a=2 -desc="Kitchen"

Whenever i shut down the computer with the i cam source on my laptop it is very anoying having to go to the otherside of my house to manually start it up again is there a way to start it up without having to manually do it

Hopefully Stefan wont mind me jumping in to answer this.
I use a WOL app on the iphone to wake on lan.. with Icam added into the start menu it starts on boot... works fine.

Ok fixed and push working fine on jailbroken 3g running 3.0..

activated not hacktivated

uncheck icam in applications and uninstall [sync]

SSH to /var/root/Library/Lockdown/activation_records and delete wildcard_record.plist [make a copy to your desktop first]
Reboot phone
When you reboot your phone, it will ask for activation again, allowing you to easily put in your official sim card and activate with iTunes
check icam in itunes applications and install.. when you first run icam it will ask if you want to allow alerts click on allow..
hopefully it will work for you also.. I now have icam sending push allerts..
