Title: Request to add camera

Can you ad the following camera to iSpy?

It a camera of the town of Lugano, Switzerland. It has a beautiful view over lake Lugano.

That camera is currently in our database, but it does appear to be down at the moment, so it is disabled. If the camera comes back up it will be re-enabled in our database during the next periodic camera refresh.
